  • 1/3 c. plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice (juice of 1 large lemon)
  • 2 tsp. granular monk fruit sweetener (like Lakanto)
  • 1 tsp. poppy seeds

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, add the yogurt, fresh-squeezed lemon juice, granular sweetener and poppy seeds.
  2. Whisk together well until smooth.
