To make a classic Moscow Mule, you’ll need vodka, fresh lime juice and ginger beer. For this pineapple version, you’ll also need fresh or frozen pineapple and pineapple juice.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. ginger beer
  • 1 1/2 oz. vodka (like Tito's)
  • 1/2 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 1/2 oz. pineapple juice
  • Fresh or frozen pineapple chunks (about 1/3 cup)

Instructions

  1. Fill a copper mug 3/4 full with ice. On top of the ice, add the fresh or frozen pineapple chunks.
  2. Over the top of the ice and pineapple, add the vodka, lime juice and pineapple juice. Fill the remaining mug with ginger beer (approximately 4-6 oz.).
  3. If desired, garnish with fresh lime and pineapple slices. Enjoy right away while cold.
