My new year’s resolutions are doing well–I’m nearly finished with a January squat and push up challenge from shrinkingjeans and I’m stuffing avocados into everything I can.
I was at a local food summit in the fall and the keynote speaker cited the mango as the biggest reason he couldn’t be an entirely local food consumer. (For me, it’s avocados–we live in Ohio).
This mango smoothie looks delicious, and reminds me of the dive-bombing mangoes that would terrorize my daughter when we’d walk through the parking lot into her preschool in Hawaii. Peeled and in a smoothie they are non-threatening. 🙂
I’m glad to follow you on Tasty Tuesdays!
