Stuff each cinnamon roll with the apple chunks. Each roll will easily accomodate at least 6-8 apple pieces. Evenly disperse the chunks throughout the layers of each roll.
Bake the stuffed cinnamon rolls at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. NOTE: this is longer than the cinnamon roll packaging indicates. The longer bake time is needed due to the apples.
To a mixing bowl, add the frosting that came with the cinnamon rolls. Add in the package of whipped cream cheese. Mix together the frosting until smooth.
