Baileys Espresso Martini


– 2 oz. (2 shots) fresh brewed espresso (or instant espresso) – 1 oz. Baileys Irish Cream – 1 oz. vodka – 1 oz. Kahlua coffee liqueur – Ice


Step 1

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

Step 2

Add in the espresso, Baileys, Kahlua and vodka.

Step 3

Secure the shaker with a tight fitting lid and shake vigorously to mix the ingredients.

Step 4

Strain into a martini glass.

Step 5

Garnish with a rolled cookie, biscotti or a dollop of homemade Cool Whip. Enjoy right away while cold.
