The BEST Healthy Broccoli Salad Recipe


– 2 medium broccoli crowns – 1 1/2 c. fresh cherries – 1 large Granny Smith Apple, chopped – 3 ribs, celery, chopped – 1/2 c. red onion, chopped – 1/2 c. sunflower seeds Dressing: – 1 c. plain, Greek yogurt (I used Fage) – 2 Tbsp. white vinegar – 1 Tbsp. granular monk fruit or stevia sweetener – salt and pepper to taste


Step 1: Prep Salad Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, add the chopped broccoli, cherries, apples, celery, red onion and sunflower seeds. You can also use chopped pistachios or sliced almonds.

Step 2: Mix the Dressing

In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, vinegar, sweetener, salt and pepper until smooth.

Step 3: Toss Salad with Dressing

Pour over the salad ingredients and toss together until the dressing evenly coats the salad.

Step 4: Chill or Serve

Can be served right away, or made ahead, refrigerated and served.

Refrigerate for Later

Refrigerate any leftovers. Will keep in an airtight container for up to 3 days. This salad is great to make in advance for a picnic or cookout.
