Healthy & Easy Raspberry Overnight Oats


– 1/2 cup rolled oats – 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt – 1/2 cup almond milk – 1 Tablespoon chia seeds – 2 teaspoons sweetener – 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1/2 cup raspberries


Step 1: Combine Wet Ingredients

To bowl, whisk together the milk, yogurt, vanilla extract and sweetener.

Step 2: Add in oats and chia seeds

To the liquid ingredients, stir in the oats and chia seeds with a spoon or rubber scraper.

Step 3: Add raspberries

Add oats mixture to a jar or resealable container, then add in fresh or frozen raspberries.

Step 4: Refrigerate overnight

Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight. This makes for a great make-ahead breakfast for the week.

Step 5: Add extra raspberries & almonds

Once ready to eat in the morning, top with extra raspberries and almonds, if you like. Enjoy!
