– 1 (8 oz.) pkg., cream cheese – 1/2 c. powdered sugar – 2 c. milk – 1 (3 oz.) pkg., strawberry Jell-o – 1 (8 oz.) container, frozen whipped topping, thawed – 3 c. fresh strawberries, sliced – 3 c. mini marshmallows Optional Toppings: – Graham Crackers – Strawberry slices – Mini Marshmallows
With a mixer, cream together the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. In a separate bowl, dissolve the Jell-o into the milk. With the mixer running on the lowest speed, slowly and gradually pour the milk mixture into the cream cheese mixture. Fold in the Cool Whip.
Fold in the fresh, sliced strawberries into the creamy Jell-o base.
Refrigerate the strawberry fluff for at least 3 hours to allow the salad to firm up.
Top the strawberry fluff with extra sliced strawberries, marshmallows and graham cracker crumbles.
