The BEST Strawberry Fluff Recipe

INGREDIENTS for Strawberry Fluff

– 1 (8 oz.) pkg., cream cheese – 1/2 c. powdered sugar – 2 c. milk – 1 (3 oz.) pkg., strawberry Jell-o – 1 (8 oz.) container, frozen whipped topping, thawed – 3 c. fresh strawberries, sliced – 3 c. mini marshmallows Optional Toppings: – Graham Crackers – Strawberry slices – Mini Marshmallows

Step 1: Mix the Creamy Strawberry Jell-o Base

With a mixer, cream together the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. In a separate bowl, dissolve the Jell-o into the milk. With the mixer running on the lowest speed, slowly and gradually pour the milk mixture into the cream cheese mixture. Fold in the Cool Whip.

Step 2: Mix in the sliced strawberries

Fold in the fresh, sliced strawberries into the creamy Jell-o base.

Step 3: Add in Mini Marshmallows

It's not a fluff recipe without marshmallows. Add in 3 cups of mini marshmallows. As the salad chills, the marshmallows will soften and "fluff-up" the salad.

Step 4: Chill the salad

Refrigerate the strawberry fluff for at least 3 hours to allow the salad to firm up. 

Serve and Enjoy!

Top the strawberry fluff with extra sliced strawberries, marshmallows and graham cracker crumbles.
