The BEST  Vanilla Fudge Recipe

– 2 12 oz. pkgs. white chocolate chips 24 oz. total – 1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk – 2 teaspoons vanilla extract – sprinkles of your choice

INGREDIENTS 

Step 1: Microwave 

Add the white chocolate chips and the sweetened condensed milk to a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds. Using a rubber scraper stir the mixture. Return to the microwave and cook for another 30 seconds. Stir in the vanilla extract.

Step 2: Spread Fudge into Pan

Once melted and smooth, spread the fudge mixture into a lined 9 x 9" pan. Use a rubber scraper to get the fudge smooth and even.

Step 3: Top with Sprinkles

I chose to use white Pearl sprinkles, but feel free to use any sprinkles you like. Crushed Oreos, Jimmies or even chopped nuts make a great topping!

Once you've added the sprinkles, chill the fudge in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours. This will allow the fudge to become firm and able to cut easily and in uniform squares.

Step 4: Chill Fudge

Step 5: Cut into squares

Once the fudge has chilled, cut into 1" squares. 8 rows by 8 rows will give you 64 squares of fudge.
