6-Ingredient  Air Fryer Butternut Squash

– 1 1/2 lbs. butternut squash peeled and cubed – 1/2 cup red onion cut – 2 Tablespoons olive oil – 1 teaspoon garlic salt – 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder – 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper

INGREDIENTS

Step 1: Peel and Cut Squash

Using a vegetable or potato peeler, peel the outside skin off the squash. Cut the squash into 1" cubes.

Step 2: Add oil and spices

Once peeled and cut, place the squash cubes in a mixing bowl. Coat with the olive oil and spices.

Step 3: Add the red onion

To the seasoned squash, add the diced red onion. Toss together and place the mixture into a preheated air fryer basket.

Cook at 400 degrees for 16-18 minutes until lightly browned on the edges.

Step 4: Cook in the Air Fryer

Serve and enjoy with your favorite chicken, pork, turkey or even steak!
