Cherry  Smoothie  Recipe


– 1 c. unsweetened vanilla almond milk – 3/4 c. plain Greek yogurt – 3/4 c. cherries, fresh or frozen – 1 tbsp. almonds, unsalted – 2 tsp. granular monk fruit sweetener – 1/4 tsp. almond extract – 1 1/2 c. ice, optional


Step 1

To a blender, add the milk, yogurt, cherries, almonds, sweetener and almond extract.

Step 2

For a thicker smoothie, add the ice. This is helpful if you are using fresh, unfrozen cherries.

Step 3

Blend all ingredients for 30-45 seconds on medium-high speed until all ingredients are completely pureed and smooth.

Step 4

Pour into a glass and enjoy right away while cold.

Step 5

Ice is optional, but recommended if you prefer a thick smoothie.
