Coconut Fudge Recipe


– 3 c. White Chocolate Chips – 1 (14 oz.) can, Sweetened Condensed Milk – 1 c. sweetened coconut flakes, divided – 1/2 c. chopped macadamia nuts – 1 1/2 tsp. coconut extract


Step 1

Line an 8x8 pan with aluminum foil, and lightly spray with non-stick baking spray. Set aside.

Step 2

In a microwave safe bowl, add the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. In the microwave, melt on high for 1 minute. Stir.

Step 3

Melt for an additional 30 seconds, and stir. Repeat if necessary, until chocolate is completely melted and smooth. Add 1/2 c. coconut flakes, macadamia nuts and coconut extract. Stir to incorporate ingredients.

Step 4

Using a rubber scraper, evenly press fudge into the prepared pan. Sprinkle the top with the remaining coconut flakes.

Step 5

Refrigerate for at least two hours, or until completely set. Refrigerate or freeze any leftovers.
