Creamy Poppy Seed Dressing


– 1/3 c. plain Greek yogurt – 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice (juice of 1 large lemon) – 2 tsp. granular monk fruit sweetener (like Lakanto) – 1 tsp. poppy seeds


Step 1

In a small bowl, add the yogurt, fresh-squeezed lemon juice, granular sweetener and poppy seeds.

Step 2

Whisk together well until smooth.

Step 3

1 serving = 2 tablespoons of dressing

This recipe will make approximately (4) 2 tablespoon servings.

Refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container or mason jar for up to one week.
