Easy Coconut Smoothie Recipe



– 1 medium banana, frozen – 1 cup ice – 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk – 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt – 3 Tablespoons unsweetened flake coconut – 2 teaspoons monk fruit sweetener – 1/8 teaspoon coconut extract (optional)


Step 1

To a blender jar, add the banana, ice, milk, yogurt, coconut, sweetener (and extract, if using).

Step 2

Tightly secure the lid to the blender jar.

Step 3

Blend the ingredients on medium-high speed for 45-60 seconds or until the ingredients are completely incorporated and a smooth texture.

Step 4

Pour into a glass and enjoy right away while cold.

Step 5

Top the smoothie with additional coconut, if desired.
