Frozen Peach Daiquiri Recipe

– 1 cup frozen peach slices – 2/3 cup ice – 2 oz. peach nectar like Goya – 2 oz. white rum like Bacardi – 1 oz. Cointreau – 1/2 oz. lime juice

INGREDIENTS

Step 1: Add peaches & ice to blender jar

To a blender jar add the ice and frozen peach slices. It is best to use frozen peaches over fresh or canned.

Step 2: Add in peach nectar

Add in the peach nectar to the peaches and ice. Peach nectar can be found in the Hispanic foods section.

Step 3: Add in rum, Cointreau & lime juice

Add in the Bacardi rum, Cointreau citrus liqueur, and fresh lime juice.

Step 4: Blend and Pour

Blend for 30-40 seconds on medium. Pour into a glass and enjoy right away while cold.

Garnish & Enjoy!

Daiquiri's are fantastic topped with maraschino cherries. Enjoy with some peach slices, too!
