Grilled Boneless Chicken Thighs with Honey Garlic Marinade


INGREDIENTS for the Marinade:


Soy Sauce


Olive Oil

Ground Pepper

Garlic Powder

Step 1: Mix the Honey Garlic Marinade

To a small bowl, add the honey, oil, soy sauce, water, minced garlic, garlic powder and pepper. Whisk well to combine.

Step 2: Marinate the Chicken

To a resealable bag or shallow baking dish, add the trimmed chicken thighs. Pour the marinade over the top of the thighs, making sure the chicken is evenly coated.

Step 3: Refrigerate the chicken

Refrigerate the marinated chicken for 2 hours or up to 24 hours. The longer the chicken marinates, the more flavor it will take on from the marinade.

Step 4: Time to Grill

Preheat your gas, charcoal or indoor grill pan. Lightly brush the grill grates with olive oil to prevent the chicken from sticking.

Step 5: Grilling the Chicken

Grill the chicken thighs for 4-5 minutes per side. Test for doneness by using a digital instant-read thermometer. If internal temperature is 165 degrees + the chicken is done.

Serve & Enjoy!

Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes after grilling. Serve with your favorite pasta salad or side.
