The BEST Grilled Boneless Chicken Thighs with Honey Garlic Marinade

Start by making the honey garlic marinade

Marinade Ingredients: -1/4 c. honey -1/4 c. olive oil -1/4 c. soy sauce -2 Tbsp. water 1 Tbsp. minced garlic 1 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. ground pepper

To make the marinade, simply whisk together the honey, oil, soy sauce, water, garlic, garlic powder and pepper.

Pour the honey garlic marinade over the chicken thighs. A gallon-sized Zip-Top bag works well. Refrigerate 2-24 hrs.

Grill marinated chicken thighs over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes per side.

To test for doneness, make sure the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165 degrees+. Using an insteat-read digital thermometer is very helpful.

Once chicken is done, transfer to a plate to rest for 5-10 minutes to keep chicken juicy! Serve and Enjoy!
