Grilled Salmon Salad


– 4 c. lettuce, spinach or spring mix – 2 avocados, grilled & sliced – 2 ears of corn, grilled – 4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced or quartered – 1 c. cherry tomatoes, halved – 4 slices bacon, cooked crispy and crumbled – 1 lb. grilled salmon, cooled and crumbled – Lemon dill dressing


Step 1

On a large platter or salad bowl, add the rinsed & torn lettuce.

Step 2

Add the sliced avocados, hard boiled eggs, corn that has been removed from the cob, sliced cherry tomatoes, and bacon crumbles.

Step 3

Once the salmon has cooled, crumble into pieces and add to the salad.

Step 4

Lightly dress with the lemon dill dressing and toss to evenly coat the salad.


Enjoy right away as a healthy lunch or dinner.
