Super EASY  Beef and  Ramen Noodles

– 1 lb. ground beef – 1 Tablespoon minced garlic – 3 (3 oz. pkg.) ramen noodles Sauce: – 1/3 cup water – 1/4 cup honey – 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce – 3 Tablespoons Hoisin sauce – 1 Tablespoon hot sauce – 1 Tablespoon corn starch – 2 teaspoons ground ginger – 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper

INGREDIENTS

Step 1: Mix the Sauce

In a small bowl, whisk together the beef sauce; water, honey, soy sauce, Hoisin sauce, hot sauce, ginger and pepper.

Step 2: Brown the Ground Beef

Brown the ground beef and add the garlic. Drain off any excess fat that is rendered.

Step 3: Add the sauce

To the ground beef and garlic, add the sauce and cook over medium-low heat. Sauce will thicken.

To the ground beef mixture, add the cooked ramen noodles. Toss the meat and noodles together.

Step 4: Add the cooked ramen

Top with sliced onions and/or sesame seeds for garnish. Enjoy right away while hot.

Serve with your favorite vegetables, like steamed broccoli, red bell peppers, shredded carrots or frozen stir fry vegetables.
