– Ripe Bananas -- Natural Peanut Butter -- Eggs -- Maple Syrup -- Vanilla Extract -- Flour -- Cocoa Powder -- Salt -- No Sugar Added Chocolate Chips
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mashed bananas, peanut butter, maple syrup, eggs and vanilla. Mix well so that all ingredients are well incorporated.
Add in the flour, cocoa powder and salt. Mix well. The batter will be thick. Fold in 1/2 cup of the chocolate chips, reserving 1/4 cup for topping the brownies.
Spread batter into an 8 x 8 square pan. Top the batter with the remaining chocolate chips. Bake at 350 for 22-24 minutes.
Let brownies cool, at least 15 minutes before cutting into squares. Pro Tip - the best knife to cut brownies is a plastic knife.
Top with whipped cream, or fresh berries. Enjoy while warm.
