5 Ingredient Lemon  Olive Oil  Dressing




1/2 tsp. oregano or dill

1/2 cup EVOO

1 Tbsp. minced garlic

1/4 cup lemon juice

2 Tbsp. lemon zest

Step 1: Mix the Dressing

In a bowl, add the lemon juice, olive oil, lemon zest, garlic and lemon pepper seasoning. If desired, add in fresh dill, or dried herbs.

Step 2: Dress Your Salad

Pour over your salad and toss together to coat. Serve and enjoy right away.

Customize Your Dressing

Whisk in fresh minced dill or add in dried oregano. For fresh dill use 1-2 tablespoons, for dried herbs use just 1/2 teaspoon.

Dressing Storage

Store leftover dressing in a mason jar with a tight-fitting lid. Dressing will keep refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.

Making in Advance

Making a salad in advance? Be sure to store the dressing in a separate container. Dress the salad just before serving to keep it fresh and crisp.
