– 1 (8.5 oz pkg) Jiffy corn muffin mix – 1 cup sour cream – 1 can whole kernel corn  – 1 can creamed corn – 1 stick butter, melted – 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Just 6 INGREDIENTS!

Step 1: Mix ingredients

To a large mixing bowl add the dry corn muffin mix, sour cream, drained whole kernel corn, creamed corn and melted butter. Mix together well with a rubber scraper.

Step 2: Pour into casserole dish

Once the ingredients are mixed together, pour the corn mixture into a prepared casserole dish.

Step 3: Spread evenly into pan

Using a rubber scraper, spread the batter evenly into the casserole dish. You can also use a 9x13" pan or a cast iron skillet.

Bake the casserole at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Then, top with the shredded cheese. Bake for another 10 minutes.

Step 4: Bake, then top with cheese

This corn casserole makes a fantastic Thanksgiving side dish! It also goes great with chili and hearty soups and stews.

Great paired with turkey or as a side dish for any holiday dinner!
