Pumpkin Spice Protein Shake



– 1 c. almond milk (or your preferred dairy or plant-based milk) – 1/2 c. pumpkin puree, frozen – 3 Tbsp. vanilla protein powder (1 scoop serving) – 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract – 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice – 1/2 tsp. cinnamon – 1 packet (single serving) Stevia – Pumpkin seeds for topping (optional)


Step 1

In a blender, add all ingredients.

Step 2

Blend until completely smooth.

Step 3

Pour into glass and top with a few pumpkin seeds, if desired.

Step 4

Enjoy right away while cold.

Step 5

Feel free to use regular unfrozen pumpkin puree, if needed. You can add 4-6 ice cubes to give the drink a frozen consistency.
