– Cold, filtered water – 3-4 Sprigs of fresh rosemary – 1 lemon, sliced – 1 lime, sliced -- 1 orange, sliced
To a large water pitcher, add the sliced lemon, lime, orange and rosemary sprigs.
Pour cold, filtered water over the top of the sliced citrus and rosemary. Aim for at least 64 ounces.
So the water can take on the flavors of the citrus and rosemary, let is sit for at least 30 minutes.
Add sliced lemon, lime and rosemary to your glass for additional flavor.
The rosemary water will keep for up to 3 days in the refrigerator. I only go 24 hours, as the citrus tends to make the water slightly bitter after a day.
Wondering how much water to drink a day? We need half of our body weight in ounces of water a day. So, refill your glass often!
