– 1 lb. ground beef browned and drained
– 1 (10 oz. can) Rotel diced tomatoes with chilies, with juice mild or hot
– 1 (16 oz. box) Velveeta processed cheese
– 2 Tablespoons hot sauce like Frank's or Cholula
To the beef, add in the Rotel tomatoes with the juice, Velveeta and hot sauce. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring often with a rubber scraper for approximately 5-7 minutes.
Brown and drain ground beef. Add to a slow cooker along with the Velveeta, Rotel and hot sauce. Heat on low for 2 hours, stirring often and until all ingredients have melted together. Serve directly out of the crock pot, keeping the heat on low setting.
