– 1 1/4 cup dark brown sugar  – 1 (14 oz. can) sweetened condensed milk – 1/2 cup salted butter  – 1/4 cup light corn syrup – 1 (11 oz. pkg.) white chocolate chips – 2 teaspoons sea salt flakes

INGREDIENTS 

Step 1: Prep Pan

Line a 9 x 9" square pan with parchment paper. Secure with binder clips to keep the paper in place. Set aside.

Step 2: Prepare Caramel

To a medium saucepan, add the brown sugar, sweetened condensed milk, butter, and corn syrup. Heat over medium-low heat. Continually stir the ingredients as they melt together.

Step 3: Add White Chocolate

Add the white chocolate chips, and stir well with a rubber scraper. Continue to stir together until the white chocolate chips melt into the caramel mixture. Mixture will be very thick and fudge-like.

Transfer the fudge to the prepared pan. Using a rubber scraper, firmly press into the pan. Mixture will be very thick.

Step 4: Press Fudge into pan

Step 5: Top with sea salt flakes

Sprinkle the top with good quality sea salt flakes. This will really enhance the flavor of each bite!

Step 5: Chill & Cut

After topping the fudge with salt, let the fudge chill and harden. Cut into squares and enjoy!
