Sauteed Carrot Recipe


– 2 lbs. carrots, peeled and sliced – 4 Tbsp. butter – 1/3 c. honey – 1/2 tsp. cinnamon – 1/4 tsp. nutmeg


Step 1

To a large skillet, add the sliced carrots.

Step 2

Submerge in water, and bring to a low boil over medium-high heat. Simmer for 4-5 minutes.

Step 3

Drain the water and return the carrots to the skillet. Add the butter, honey, cinnamon and nutmeg. Heat over medium-high heat.

Step 4

Toss the carrots together with the other ingredients until evenly glazed and coated, about 3-4 minutes.

Step 5

Serve right away while hot. Enjoy!
