Starbucks Caramel Frappuccino Recipe


– 2 cups ice – 1 cup cold brew coffee (or strong brewed coffee, cooled) – 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk – 1/3 cup caramel sauce (divided) – 2 tablespoons granular monk fruit sweetener, like Lakanto or Whole Earth – Whipped Cream for topping


Step 1: Add ingredients to blender

To a blender, add the ice, coffee, milk, caramel sauce, and sweetener.

Step 2: Blend until smooth

Blend on medium-high speed for 45-60 seconds, or until the ice is completely pureed.

Too thick or too thin?

If needed, add more milk to make thinner. Add extra ice to make thicker.
