Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Cold Brew


– 1 c. cold brew coffee – 1/4 c. whole milk – 1/4 c. heavy cream – 2 Tbsp. brown sugar – 1 Tbsp. pumpkin puree – 1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice


Step 1

Fill a glass with ice and pour cold brew coffee over ice.

Step 2

In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, cream brown sugar, pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice.

Step 3

Make sure brown sugar is completely broken apart and dissolved in the mixture.

Step 4

Pour milk mixture into frother or blender and froth for 30-60 seconds or until your desired creaminess is achieved.

Step 5

Pour over coffee. Enjoy right away while cold.
