– 2 ripe avocados – 1 medium yellow or red onion, peeled and roughly chopped – 2 medium roma tomatoes, chopped – 3 cloves of garlic, roughly chopped – the juice of one lime – 1/2 c. chopped, fire roasted chili pepper (fresh or canned) – 1/2 tsp. garlic salt – 1/2 tsp. cumin – 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper

INGREDIENTS

Step 1

Chop the avocados, onions, and garlic. Combine in a mixing bowl.

Step 2

Stir in the lime juice, chili pepper, garlic salt and cumin and cayenne pepper.

Step 3

Enjoy right away. Serve with tortilla chips and fresh vegetables.

Top your favorite Tex-Mex foods like nachos, burritos, tacos and enchiladas.

Step 5

Refrigerate in an air-tight container for up 5 days.
