Super Easy Balsamic Steak Marinade



Olive Oil

Balsamic Vinegar


Salt and Pepper

Fresh Rosemary

Step 1: Mix the Marinade

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, water, fresh rosemary, salt and pepper.

Step 2: Set aside marinade for brushing steaks

To a small bowl, pour about 1/4 cup of reserved marinade to keep for brushing steaks as they cook.

Step 3: Marinate steaks in bag

To a resealable plastic bag, add the steaks and pour the remaining marinade into the bag. Seal bag and refrigerate steaks for 4-24 hours.

Step 4: Brush with reserved marinade

When ready to grill, brush the steaks with the reserved marinade for extra flavor.

Step 5: Add additional rosemary

Add some extra rosemary for additional flavor. Cook the steaks for approximately 5-6 minutes per side for a medium sear.
