Easy Pico De Gallo Salsa



– 4 medium tomatoes, chopped – 1/2 red onion, diced (about 1/2 cup) – 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped – 3 Tbsp. jalapeno, diced (1 medium jalapeno) – 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice (juice of 1 large lime) – 2 Tbsp. white vinegar – 1/4 tsp. salt


Step 1

To a mixing bowl, add the diced tomatoes, onion, jalepeno, and cilantro.

Step 2

Top with the lime juice, vinegar and salt.

Step 3

Stir together to combine.

Step 4

Enjoy right away while fresh.

Step 5

Serve as a dip for your favorite chips or top chicken or fish for a fresh bite.
