Sugardale Simple Carve Boneless Smoked Ham, 1" cubed – 1/2 fresh pineapple, cubed into 1" pieces – 1 medium red onion, cut into 1" pieces – 1 large green bell pepper, cut into 1" pieces Glaze: – 1/2 c. brown sugar – 1/2 c. pineapple juice (canned or fresh) – 1/2 c. ketchup – 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce – 1 Tbsp. white vinegar – 2 tsp. hot sauce (6-8 shakes) – 1/2 tsp. garlic powder – 1/4 tsp. pepper
In a bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, pineapple juice, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, hot sauce, garlic powder and pepper. Whisk together until brown sugar dissolves into the liquid. Glaze should be smooth.
