Healthy Blueberry Vanilla Protein Oatmeal


– 1 1/4 c. water – 1/2 c. old fashioned rolled oats – pinch salt – 2 oz. (1 serving) Vanilla Protein Powder, or preferred protein powder – 1/2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries – 1 Tbsp. plain Greek yogurt (I prefer full-fat) – 1 Tbsp. slivered almonds


Step 1

In a small saucepan, cook oatmeal according to package directions, making sure to use 1 1/4 cup water. The extra water is necessary to help absorb the protein powder.

Step 2

When the oatmeal is done cooking, stir in the protein powder.

Step 3

Cover and let the oatmeal sit for a couple minutes. Then stir in the blueberries.

Step 4

Pour into bowl, and top with yogurt and almonds if desired. Enjoy right away.
