Slow Cooker Cheesy Hash Brown Casserole


– 1 (30 oz.) pkg., frozen hash brown potatoes – 1 (16 oz.) carton, sour cream – 1 (10.5 oz.) can, cream of chicken soup – 1 (8 oz.) pkg., shredded cheddar (or blend) cheese – 3 green onions, chopped – 1/2 tsp. salt – 1/4 tsp. pepper


Step 1

Into a slow cooker add the frozen hash browns, sour cream, soup, cheese, onions, salt and pepper.

Step 2

Stir together well so all ingredients are well incorporated.

Step 3

Set the slow cooker on low heat, and cook for 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally.

Step 4

Once ready to serve, top with additional toppings of your choice.
