AMAZING Slow Cooker Chicken Spaghetti with Rotel

– 1 1/2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts – 2 (10 oz.) cans Rotel  – 2 (10.5 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup – 8 oz. Colby Jack cheese – 1/2 cup sour cream – 1 (16 oz.) pkg. spaghetti Spices for Chicken: – 1 teaspoon garlic salt – 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper – 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika or regular paprika – 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder – 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

INGREDIENTS

Step 1: Season the Chicken

Combine the spices in a small bowl. Sprinkle over the top and bottom of the chicken breasts.

Step 2: Add chicken, soup & Rotel to slow cooker

To the bottom of the slow cooker, add the seasoned chicken, both cans of Rotel and both cans of cream of chicken soup. Cook on high for 4 hours.

Step 3: Shred the cooked chicken

After 4 hours of cooking, shred the chicken breasts and add the chicken back to the slow cooker with the rest of the sauce.

To the chicken mixture, add the sour cream and shredded cheese. Stir together and cook on high for another 30 minutes. Cook spaghetti to package directions.

Step 4: Add the sour cream and cheese

Add the cooked spaghetti to the chicken and sauce. Stir together to coat well.

Step 5: Add spaghetti and stir

Serve with your favorite vegetables or a simple side salad.
