– 1 cup almond flour – 1/2 cup peanut butter – 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder – 1/4 cup honey – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1/4 teaspoon salt – 1/3 cup chocolate chips
To a bowl, add in the almond flour, peanut butter, protein powder, honey, vanilla and salt. Mix together well.
To the dough, add in the chocolate chips. Using a rubber scraper, mix these into the dough.
Using a cookie scoop, scoop out the dough. The dough will be very thick. Roll in your hands to form the uniform balls.
Place the rolled protein balls onto a sheet pan that has been lined with parchment paper.
Once the balls are frozen, store in a resealable container or freezer bag. Protein balls will keep for up to two weeks refrigerated or 3 months frozen.
