Easy 5-Minute Yogurt Dill Dressing

– 1 cup plain Greek yogurt – 2 Tablespoons lemon juice – 2 Tablespoons fresh dill – 1 Tablespoon Olive oil – 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder – 1/2 teaspoon onion powder – 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt – 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper

INGREDIENTS

Step 1: Mix Yogurt Base

In a small bowl, add the yogurt, fresh-squeezed lemon juice and olive oil. The juice of one lemon is about the perfect amount.

Step 2: Add seasoning

Add in the seasoning. You'll need garlic salt, garlic powder, onion powder and ground pepper.

Step 3: Add in the fresh Dill

Add in about 2 tablespoons of fresh, minced dill. If you don't have access to fresh, you can use dried dill.

Using a whisk, mix the dressing ingredients together until creamy and well incorporated.

Step 4: Whisk together

Store dressing in an airtight container or mason jar with tight fitting lid. Dressing will keep for up to 7 days refrigerated.

Storage:

Pour onto your favorite salad. This yogurt dill dressing is also great as a topping for salmon, chicken and even potatoes!
