Ingredients
  

Classic Option:

  • 1 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 Tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 2 teaspoons sugar or Granular Monk Fruit Sweetener
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons instant coffee granules or 1 single serving packet, instant coffee
  • Whipped cream and/or chocolate chips for topping

Skinny Option:

Instructions
 

  • To a blender, add the ice, milk, chocolate syrup (or cocoa powder, skinny version), sugar (sweetener, skinny version) and instant coffee. Blend on medium-high speed until ice is completely blended and smooth.
  • Pour into glass and top with whipped cream or my Homemade Cool Whip recipe and/or chocolate chips, if desired. Enjoy right away while cold.
