Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Cold Brew

Do you love a Starbucks pumpkin spice cold brew, but not the inconvenience? You can now make your own pumpkin spice cold brew at home. Both classic and skinny options!

  • Fill a glass with ice and pour cold brew coffee over ice.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, cream brown sugar, pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice. Make sure brown sugar is completely broken apart and dissolved in the mixture.
  • Pour milk mixture into frother or blender and froth for 30-60 seconds or until your desired creaminess is achieved. Pour over coffee. Enjoy right away while cold.

Notes

For Skinny Version:
1 c. cold brew coffee, 1/2 c. skim milk, 1 Tbsp. Serve Brown sugar substitute, 1 Tbsp. pumpkin puree, 1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

In separate bowl, whisk together the milk, Swerve, pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice. Pour into frother or blender. Froth for 45-60 seconds or until frothy and foamy. Pour pumpkin cream over top of coffee. Enjoy right away while cold.
