Fill a glass with ice and pour cold brew coffee over ice.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, cream brown sugar, pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice. Make sure brown sugar is completely broken apart and dissolved in the mixture.
Pour milk mixture into frother or blender and froth for 30-60 seconds or until your desired creaminess is achieved. Pour over coffee. Enjoy right away while cold.
For Skinny Version:
1 c. cold brew coffee, 1/2 c. skim milk, 1 Tbsp. Serve Brown sugar substitute, 1 Tbsp. pumpkin puree, 1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

In separate bowl, whisk together the milk, Swerve, pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice. Pour into frother or blender. Froth for 45-60 seconds or until frothy and foamy. Pour pumpkin cream over top of coffee. Enjoy right away while cold.
