If you love a pumpkin spice latte or frappuccino, this pumpkin spice protein smoothie is for you! Made with simple, healthy ingredients this pumpkin protein shake is perfect for a healthy breakfast or post workout smoothie.

To a blender jar add the pumpkin, milk, yogurt, protein powder, pumpkin pie spice and sweetener. Secure the lid.
Blend on medium-high speed for 45-60 seconds or until the frozen pumpkin is completely pureed.
Pour into a glass and enjoy right away while smooth.
Add more milk if you feel your smoothie is too thick. Start with 1/4 cup increments and continue to blend to your desired consistency.
Any milk of your choosing can be substituted. Dairy or plant based options, like almond, cashew, oat, soy or coconut are all good options.
