Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Place flatbread crust on a baking stone or sheet pan. Spread 2 tablespoons of the sauce onto the crust with a spoon, to nearly the edge. Reserve the remaining sauce for topping the pizza after it has baked.
  • On top of the sauce, add the chicken, onions and cheese.
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 12-14 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted and lightly browned.
  • Remove from oven and top with the remaining barbecue sauce. Let cool for 5 minutes. Cut into quarters and enjoy while warm.

Notes

Pizza is best when made fresh and enjoyed right away.
Storage: Store any leftovers in an airtight container. Leftovers will keep for up to 5 days refrigerated.
Reheating: Flatbread pizza is best reheated in a toaster oven or air fryer to help keep the crust crisp. (Microwaving will create a soggy crust.) Reheat in an airfryer or toaster oven at 360 for 3-6 minutes or until cheese is melted.
