Sheet Pan A sheet pan, baking stone or any other pizza pan can be used for this recipe. Pizza Cutter This pizza wheel by OXO makes cutting pizza, pastries or other crusts easy!
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Place flatbread crust on a baking stone or sheet pan. Spread 2 tablespoons of the sauce onto the crust with a spoon, to nearly the edge. Reserve the remaining sauce for topping the pizza after it has baked.
On top of the sauce, add the chicken, onions and cheese.
Bake at 400 degrees for 12-14 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted and lightly browned.
Remove from oven and top with the remaining barbecue sauce. Let cool for 5 minutes. Cut into quarters and enjoy while warm.
Pizza is best when made fresh and enjoyed right away.
Storage: Store any leftovers in an airtight container. Leftovers will keep for up to 5 days refrigerated.
Reheating: Flatbread pizza is best reheated in a toaster oven or air fryer to help keep the crust crisp. (Microwaving will create a soggy crust.) Reheat in an airfryer or toaster oven at 360 for 3-6 minutes or until cheese is melted.
