This Boursin orzo bake is made with a block of Boursin cheese, orzo pasta, fresh spinach and tomatoes. The perfect creamy pasta side dish for just about any protein.
To a rectangular or oval baking dish (approximately 10" dish), add the block of Boursin to the center. Add in the uncooked orzo pasta, minced garlic, tomatoes, Italian herbs, garlic salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, broth and olive oil.
Cover the baking dish tightly with foil. Bake, covered for 28-30 minutes.
Remove from the oven and uncover. Using a fork, mix the cooked ingredients together. Add in the spinach, Parmesan cheese and half and half. Stir together to incorporate well. Bake uncovered for another 5 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cook 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
