Easy Blender Cottage Cheese Chocolate Mousse

Made in your blender, this simple cottage cheese chocolate mousse is the ultimate healthy snack. With 16 grams of protein, it's made with just 6 ingredients.

  • To a blender jar, add all of the ingredients; cottage cheese, milk, cocoa, sweetener, chia seeds and vanilla.
  • Secure blender lid and blend on medium-high speed for 75-90 seconds or until all ingredients are thoroughly blended and smooth. There should be no white flecks of cottage cheese. If needed add 1-2 more tablespoons of milk to help create a smooth texture.
  • Pour mousse mixture into containers and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to help thicken and set up. The mousse can be enjoyed right away, but to help thicken, I recommend refrigerating.
  • Top with your favorite toppings like raspberries, chocolate chips, nut butter, chopped nuts or coconut.

Servings: this recipe will make two servings. Feel free to store in individual bowls/servings or in one container.
Storage: Keep refrigerated. Mousse will keep for up to 5 days refrigerated and stored in air-tight containers.
