  • Add all ingredients to a medium sauce pan.
  • While stirring together over medium-low heat, bring the pumpkin mixture to a low simmer.
  • Reduce heat to low and continue simmering for 5 minutes, stirring often.
  • Remove from heat and let cool for 10 minutes before enjoying.

Notes

Refrigerate in an airtight container (mason jars work well) for up to 2-3 weeks.
If freezing, store in an air-tight, freezer safe container. Can be kept frozen for up to a year.
