  • To a blender jar add the mango, mango nectar, rum, Cointreau, lime juice and ice. Place the lid onto the blender jar, making sure it is secure.
  • Blend on medium-high speed for 30-45 seconds or until all ingredients are smoothly blended.
  • Pour into your preferred glass and enjoy right away while cold. If desired, top with sliced mangoes and/or a maraschino cherry for garnish.

Notes

Mango nectar is most often sold in the Hispanic section of your local supermarket. I like the Goya brand. If mango nectar is unavailable, you can substitute orange juice.
Triple Sec can be used in place of Cointreau.
