Citrus ZesterThis OXO citrus zester is my favorite tool for easily zesting lemons, limes and oranges.
Ingredients
1oz.lemoncello liqueurchilled
4-5fresh raspberries
2oz.Rosé Champagnechilled
lemon zest4-6 small strips
Instructions
In a champagne flute, add 4-5 fresh raspberries. Add the limoncello liqueur over the top of the raspberries. Pour the Rose Champagne over the top of the raspberries and limoncello. Top with lemon zest strands for garnish. Enjoy right away while cold.
Notes
The lemon zest is optional. You could also garnish the drinks with fresh lemon wedges or slices.The drinks are best made fresh just before enjoying.
