If you love a great margarita, then my Mango Margarita recipe is a must! Made with fresh mangoes, lime juice, tequila and Cointreau, this margarita recipe can be made on-the-rocks or frozen! It's simple to make and completely delicious!

  • Margarita Glasses A fantastic glass for mixing homemade margaritas at home.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz. tequila good quality
  • 1 oz. lime juice fresh squeezed
  • 1 oz. Cointreau citrus liqueur
  • 1 oz. mango puree
  • 1 Tbsp. agave nectar

Instructions
 

  • Salt the rim of your preferred margarita glass, by running a lime around the rim and then dipping into margarita salt. (If you prefer an unsalted glass, skip this step.) Add ice to the glass.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the tequila, lime juice, Cointreau, mango puree and agave nectar.
  • Fit the cocktail shaker with a tight fitting lid, and shake.
  • Pour into the prepared glass.
  • Garnish with fresh lime slices and mango wedges. Enjoy right away while cold.

Frozen directions:

  • Add 1 cup of ice to a blender. Add the tequila, lime juice, Cointreau, mango puree and agave nectar. Blend until ice is completely smooth. Pour into salted margarita glass. Enjoy right away.
