Amazing  4-Ingredient Banana Oatmeal Cookies


– 3 medium ripe bananas – 2  1/4 c. old fashioned oats (not instant, not steel cut) – 1/2 c. no sugar added chocolate chips, like Lily's or Hu Kitchen – 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Step 1: Mash the bananas

Step 2: Add vanilla & oats

To the mashed bananas, add the vanilla & oats. Stir well to combine.

Step 3: Add in the chocolate chips

Add in the chocolate chips to the banana oatmeal mixture.  Pro-Tip: To keep these cookies on the healthier side, choose a no sugar added chocolate chip, like Lily's or Hu Kitchen.

Step 4: Shape Cookies

Using two spoons, shape the batter into cookies on a lined baking sheet.

Step 5: Bake Cookies

Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 14 minutes or until golden brown.

Let cookies cool before enjoying

Transfer the cookies to a rack to cool. Store in the refrigerator or freezer once cooled completely.
