– 1 (28 oz) pkg. frozen Italian meatballs – 1 (20 oz.) pkg., refrigerated cheese tortellini – 1 (24 oz.) jar, marinara sauce – 1 (14 oz.) can, petite diced tomatoes – 1 1/2 teaspoon Italian herbs – 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt – 1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Once the sauce comes to a simmer, add in the refrigerated tortellini.
Simmer the tortellini in the sauce for 3-5 minutes. This will heat the tortellini through.
Top the tortellini and meatballs with the shredded mozzarella cheese.
Top with fresh grated Parmesan cheese. Serve with vegetables or Italian sides like caprese salad.
